Muriel is our receptionist – she is a flat-coated retriever who has been raised as an osteopathic assistant and is a major part of the practice. If you have any difficulties with dogs please let us know.
*To practice osteopathy in the UK, osteopaths must be registered with the GOsC, a body which was established following the passing of The Osteopaths Act in 1993. To maintain registration osteopaths must have completed an accredited training course and comply with annual Continual Professional Development (CPD) and insurance requirements.
Lynette Topham is an Australian who has been living in Europe for over 20 years.
She has over 12 years' osteopathic experience having gained qualification after
four years' full-time study at the British School of Osteopathy.
Lynette is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (formerly the British Osteopathic Association), registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)* and a continuing student at the Sutherland Cranial College.
Post-graduate education has included courses in the Cranial-Sacral method of treatment (also known as cranial osteopathy), a very gentle technique which can be used on people of all ages.
